      Where Is My Order Being Shipped From?

      Our items are shipped out sometimes the next business day, so you will need to Contact Us quickly.

      We can not accept cancellations once your order has started its shipping process 24 hours after the purchase. Please still Contact Us, we will do our best to help you out.

      My Order Hasn't Arrived. I Think It's Lost?

      If you think your order has been delayed or lost in the post please Contact Us and we will start an investigation with the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot resend your order or refund you until the courier has concluded the investigation. We will keep you informed and will be in touch once the investigation has finished.

      Do You Ship All Of The Products Within My Order At The Same Time?

      Most of the time we will ship your products in the same group. However, if there is an extremely high demand of a product you ordered, it may arrive later than the other product(s) you ordered.

      I Need To Change My Order, Who Can Help Me With This?

      If you want to edit or change your order please notify us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we cannot make any changes or cancellations (24 hours after the order).

      The Goods I Received Are Damaged, What Should I Do?
